Children Of Bodom: 'Trashed, Lost & Strungout' Video Posted Online
CHILDREN OF BODOM's video for the song "Trashed, Lost & Strungout" has been posted online at this location (Real Media). The clip was directed by Revolver Film Company's Patric Ullaeus, who has previously worked with DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES and LACUNA COIL, among others.
"Trashed, Lost & Strungout" is the title track of the group's upcoming single, due in Finland on August 25 through Spinefarm Records. Other songs se to appear on the EP version of the disc — due on October 18 in most European territories — are "Knuckleduster", covers of ALICE COOPER's "Bed Of Nails" and ANDREW W.K.'s "She is Beautiful", the "Trashed, Lost & Strungout" video, and footage of CHILDREN OF BODOM's night out in Helsinki, "Trashed & Lost in Helsinki".
"Trashed, Lost & Strungout" was recorded at Astia studio with Anssi Kippo and it was mixed by Mikko Karmila at Finnvox Studios. |

yeah, i heard cob's new song. it's freaking awesome! its cool because theyre becoming a bit more heavier with still the awesome melodies. Alexi's vocals also sound even better too. so yeah, this song is sweet and it has a good giutar and keybaord solo. \m/ children of bodom \m/

unlike others, i actually like the direction Cob is taking. the riffs are heavier and their stuff is less power-metally and i appreciate it.

Man that video fucking sucks!!!
The guitars sound real thin and shitty, and it sounds mixed real badly.
Crap compared to their old stuff, hopefully the new album doesn't sound that shitty.

Wow.........just wow..... Isnt it amazing how someone drops out of highschool to play guitar 12 hours a day and then creates his first band younger than most people, becomes the lead guitarist/lead singer of one of the most talented band and records 4 albums and manages to suck at writing a song with extremley shitty sound quality and have someone judge them on how good there songwriting ability is, its amazing isnt it?
I do admit the song isnt as great as there others but whatever atleast they change there style a little, i cant judge it fully cause i would need to listen to it in a good format. |

i have TL&A and the knuckleduster mp3s, TL&A is alot bettersong then Knuckleduster. i liked TL&A it was ok, but i prefer their older stuff, but hey its normal for bands to change. but knuckle duster really is one of the only songs i really dont like from them
@ transient: yeah they are pretty much all recorded at Astiaa studios with Ansii kippo, except for Follow the reaper

This is basically taking small parts of what they did well (Something Wild - Follow the Reaper), removing what made them relatively fresh and replacing it with bad thrash riffs.
They've dumbed down their music, and anyone who can't see it is stupid.
