C# (aka Db) definitely. I'm tuned to C# right now, and I've been playing almost nothing but Suffocation and songs off of Vile. The Bloodlands kicks ass. Mike Kimball made an awesome tab of Absolute Hatred, an absolutely awesome song, go google search for it because I don't think it's on metaltabs.

Yeah, that's what I figured, I'm just gonna play through a few and see if they're in Drop Db or Db standard...but I think Disfigured is in Bb...I'll go check that out. And yeah, those MK tabs are awsome...the site is geocities.com/bloodmetalcontent in case you didn't know.

Haha, yeah, I know about his site, but thanks anyway, it's a cool place. He used to have some badass porn links, I don't know if he does anymore. When I go there now it's only to check and see if he has done anything recently, but oddly enough, the last things he did he posted here, so he inadvertently came to me. He's a cool guy, he hasn't really changed since joining DF. At least not for the worst.

He was in a couple of bands, but none that were well known nationally (or globally) like DF. Truth be told, I've never even heard the other bands, I don't even know if they were metal. At that point he was well known mostly for his tabs and as a regular on several metal forums that I also went to, which is how I knew him. I had been using his tabs since I was 14, I didn't meet him on a forum for the first time until I was 16, so I know him more for his tabs. Other people might know him more for forums (mostly non-musicians), although now most people would know him for DF. |
