the physics in battlefield 1942 are TOTALLY FUCKED BEYOND ALL REPAIR
i have some movies on my computer of people driving half treaded trucks into mounted AA type guns, and then doing huge flips (by flicking up the barrel of the mounted gun) as well as stuff like using C4 to make jeeps jump massive gorges, and also they piled about 100 guys onto the top of a plane and then flew them over an enemy base and got them all to parachute off

Doom 3 is the official best single player FPS ever released. Battlefield is ok, there's a mod called Desert Combat for it that kicks major ass though.

If battlefield style stuff is your thing then get Operation Flashpoint, its better, and you can download classy vehicles, like a shopping trolley
