I was at my cousins for a week and one of the nights I had 5 molson bottles, and I just felt tipsy, but in the middle of the night I just woke up standing in the darkness, and I had to piss so bad, so I just whipped it out and pissed right there. In the morning I was looking for it, and finally found it across the room I was staying in.

Eventhough I know nothing about guitars, BC Rich Warlocks do kick a lot of ass in my opinion. A friend of mine was about to buy one but the only one in the store was left handed so he settled for a BC Rich Bodyart. That guitar is fucking pointy. He bought a death metal distrortion pedal today too, but I can't remember the brand.
I picked up a flyer for an underground black metal gig, but OH NO! there are no age limit notices on the flyer, so if I go, I could be very very screwed because it's even further away from my home than the last club I got kicked out of for being under 18, and I can't afford to pay off the bouncer (NO FELATIO!).I'll phone them tomorow to ask.

it was pretty fuckin sweet, i play opeth type shit, so i need a balance of clarity and distortion, and it was like fuckin perfect
just a funny tidbit - one of the things i play when i test a guitar is the drapery falls by opeth, and i played just about the whole way thru on the setup i wanna get, minus some repeats here and there, one of the guys at the guitar center came up, shook my hand, and thanked me for playing it.

I've been into Caliban for years and did an interview with Andy, fuck them for going to roadrunner, lol.
their new cd is shit too, sounds like they're heading for nu-metal, but the old cds, vent and 'a small boy and a grey heaven' are way, waaay better!

hm. i like roadrunner. they have a couple good bands. here in the US they're on some other label, but for international releases they're on roadrunner. they just put out a new song on mp3. got to www.roadrunnerrecords.co.uk |

I think this is the guy who takes all the tabs from here and posts them at Taborama - notice he was in the Pending Tabs forum when I clicked his profile. He leaves the tabbers name on so he doesn't receive any credit, I guess he just likes to be the guy with the most submitted tabs over there. Strange fellow.

It's great how timezones work...
Anyway, have a think about this:
The Earth rotates at 1 timezone per hour which is roughly 1000mph. If the Earth was to suddenly stop rotating, every single person would be catapulted forward at a very high rate of knots indeed. This would happen because our bodies are accustomed to having permanent angular momentum. It would be like breaking sharply in car - our bodies want to carry on going forward despite the car slowing down.

Of course it would. But we don't have to blow up the sun! Doing that would be silly. We can blow up the moon or fuck with the core of the earth which would do the same thing. I don't think its possible to perminatly stop the Earth's rotation because of the law of inertia. What is in motion stays in motion untill acted on by an outside force. That'd be one hell of a force to pause the earth.

Why don't we all just take a trip to Six Flags. Stoping the Earth's momentum wouldn't exactly be a rollercoaster ride..it would be more of a jerk-into-the-nearest-object-and-then-become-a-pancake-ride.

If the Sun suddenly disappeared, the Earth would continue in a straight line along the tangent that coincides with it's orbit. (Aside: A tangent is a line that touches the surface of a circle or elipse at one point only) The only way the Earth's course could be tangibly deviated from this line is if it encounters a suitably large gravitational (like another planet, star or black hole) or magnetic force.
Since space is a vacuum, the Earth would actually keep rotating in this situation as there would be no counteracting force by which to slow the rotation (Darko, correctly, mentioned that this was the law of inertia). If the Earth were to pass through a dense dust cloud, however, the situation would change.
Also, without the Sun, the temperature on Earth would reduce to a couple of degrees above absolute zero. Absolute zero is 0 degrees Kelvin or roughly -273.15 Centigrade. Nothing can survive at that sort of temperature.
