Does any one have the Boss ME-33? I just got one a few weeks ago. It's got great sounds, not those cheesy effects that come from other processors. Does any one have good setings for this, like one that sounds like morbid angel or something?

When I had the ME-6 there was tonnes of programs out there...though most of them were pretty harsh, the best way is to just sit and tweak while the cd is going...

i got ME-30, and i like it a LOT.
i've also had it for about 5-6 years now.
still great shape. the only one i use, because i can
pretty closely match most band sounds...but not all.

hell yeah dude, i got me one of those blue and black me-30's. it's a great pedal if ya know what your doin.

Heres' an effect to try out. i made it my self cuz i got bored one day. it's a god distortion. just like run it through something load and you'll be set for a while. you could feel the palm mutes vibrating the whole area in front of you.. i love it.just the feeling of your own music..., feeling the bassy sound waves travelling through you entire body.........well heres the uh.. plot of the distortion. the delay is there only if you want to play some funky music

uh, on the chorus effect, it only goes to 100 on mine.
i don't know where you get "5590."

yeah, i pretty much know what i'm doing...hell my ears are different
all the time, so i'm changing all the sounds most every time i play
my guitar!
but i got some set that i never touch, cause they my "closest to the
right band" sound, like i have my black sabbath setting, oldmanschild
setting, and so on.
my closest to kalmah sound is:

sustain - 0
attack - 100
level - 100

type - Metal
drive - 100
tone - 0
level - 100

treble - 0
mid - -14
bass - 0
level - +2

(threshold is always 100)

no delay

chorus setting at:
rate - 0
depth - 100
effect level - 80

no reverb

see what you think about this...cause for me, this is pretty damn close.
