Deamon
I just saw a brutal show this past week, and this band was playing. I'm pretty sure they're originating from Ottawa, Canada, but not positive.
Anyways, they kick major ass. First time i'd ever heard any of their material. The technicality/complexity of their music reminds me of Spawn of Possession......except imagine the lead guitar playing singing too.
Anyways, it was a really cool show and i was blown away. Quite proud to have such talent homegrown from my town. Check it out if you want www.deamon.ca
I don't think they have any downloadable mp3's on there, but it's worth a search on whatever program you use to get it.
Oh, and just in case you don't know me, or are too stupid to have caught on......IT'S DEATH METAL!!!!! NO BLACKNESS!

Funnily enough, a guy at a local CD distro here showed me their CD a month ago just for something new. I was impressed, so I bought it. I think it is called 'Synopsis of Sin'. Awesome stuff.

i always spelt it Deamon, but people yelled at me, and ordered me to spel it Demon, so i dont know, or care really

We are based in Ottawa. We play death metal

It is spelt deamon on purpose and actually is DEÄMON with the diaeresis on the a thus being pronounced dee-a or eh- mon

the tunes and sound are better than the synopsis cd and will be on the next album schedules for early spring release
