As first reported
here back in late May, Brazilian thrashers SEPULTURA have been officially confirmed to support MOTÖRHEAD on their upcoming European tour. Opening the shows on the U.K. portion of the trek will be Simi Valley's own CLASS OF ZERO.
Made up of Ryan Rainey (vocals), Ian Salvas (guitar), Chris Dunn (bass) and "Metal" Bob Gilmore (drums), CLASS OF ZERO (
web site ) have become the darlings of the L.A. club scene. Having previously secured opening spots for MOTÖRHEAD and OPETH in the U.S., the band happily accepted MOTÖRHEAD's invitation to open on the U.K. dates.
CLASS OF ZERO are currently in the studio completing their first full-length album. Several labels are reportedly interested in releasing the album, which the band want on the shelves in time to take advantage of the tour with MOTÖRHEAD.
