loose string problem

I had this problem before but my local guitar shopped fixed it, now i need to figure out how to do it. i just replaced my bottom 3 strings, g b and e, and the problem is, that there in tune, except real loose in the fact that you can change the sound by pressing down at certain frets, i think i may have to raise the bridge height(i think thats what its called). I have a Cort M200 guitar, any ideas?
