good websites for learning

Anyone know any good websites for learning new stuff? I dont liek cyberfret and refuse to ever go there. I used to goto ultimateguitarpage.com but it got shut down, any one know any good sites?

Im basically looking for a site with a lot of good excersizes and info regarding other genres, but mostly metal.
