I dunno really. They seemed a little over-awed so maybe the venue was a little too big for them at this stage of their career (it was the Academy in Manchester which has around 2000 capacity). I'd only heard the one song they had on the telly but I was looking forward to seeing them. Maybe it was because MH where so good that it was hard to look back on SikTh and say that they were excellent.

They weren't bad per se but they just didn't get me going - it's hard to tap your foot to some of their songs so I guess you have to know the songs before seeing them (a bit like Dillinger Escape Plan in this respect - if you don't know what's coming then you're fucked!). I'm sure a fan who has followed them more closely than I have will take a lot more from their show though.

I saw MH about a year ago with motorhead, that was in a small club, but they fucking ruled, they only played old stuff though... and the atmosphere was neat, about 3-400 people.. I don't know how they are at festivals or in front of big crowds, maybe you where just unlucky?

MH were great and they hardly played anything off Supercharger so everybody was happy! It was great hearing most of Burn My Eyes - those songs are awesome played live. The complete run-through of Creeping Death was brilliant too. Did they play that when you saw them, Def?

Pizza hut is good, but only if you go to the right location. The pizzas aren't all made by the same person, you'll get different pizzas at different Pizza Huts. Some more greasy, some less toppings, crappier crust,etc. You just have to go to the right one.

I really hate the McDonalds near my house. It's completely getto, because if your a white person trying to get something they do shit like not giving you a straw or katchup in the drive-thru, then get an attitude when you ask for it, dump your fries on top of everything else in your bag, and fuck the size up. This has happened every time I have went there. Not once have they got it right, but they do it on purpose.

Back when that Monopoly game was hot, I went to get 2 Super size fries, asking that they be in the Monopoly boxs, because if you didn't ask they would never give them to you, I pulled up, payed, pulled up again and got 2 medium fries dumped in a bag and no Monopoly game peices When I pointed it out on the receit, I got an attitude in return like it was my fault. I got pissed off and throw the bag of fries back through the window and hit her in the head... french fries exploded everywhere.

Ya, I worked at Mcdonald too. I worked in the drive thru and front register. I would get orders in the drive thru, "To Go", well no shit! I got folks inside wanting the buffet to go... They would want a bag, the biggest we had, to fill it up and go. I would get scammers that would order, I'd get the order, they'd say it's wrong and want it all for free. That was the worse job I have ever had.

After a week of this shit, we were ready to kill that dude and the drill instructor realized this was all that dudes BS reason for getting back at people and he was moved out of our division, but not before the drill instructor had him tell eveyone that he got punished sorry.
