What scales could I use for this power chord progression?

F5,G#5,C5,A#5,G#5

I'm trying to write a solo for it,but how do I know,if I'm on a scale then the chord changes what notes I can hit to be in key with the next chord?I've tried just playing locrian and harmonic scales for what ever tonic is being played but it doesnt flow together and it sound like I'm just playing a certain scale for what chord is being played. Are there any scales that can be played through even when a chord change occurs? Thanks.

Arpeggiate the chords in the progression rather than try to use one scale.

F5,G#5,C5,A#5,G#5

Fminor or Ab major, therefore, Ab, Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, G, Ab.
F5, Ab5, C5, Bb5, Ab5.

i would start with F aeolian, Ab Ionian, C phrygian, Bb dorian, Ab Ionian.
remember, this is to start with, you could use an Ab Ionianb5 if youd like a tritone there to muddy up the key centre etc.
