I need a bit of help, I'm getting a nasty buzzing sound on my guitar... i think it's called fret buzz or something i'm not really sure, but it happens on my low E mainly around the 6th fret, i have an Ibanez RG370DX . Any suggestions appreciated

Its probably a high fret.
