Tweeking

Is there some special technique to get the tweeking sound like Dimebag and Zack Wylde uses a lot?

Tweeking? Hmmm. Do you mean the squealing sounds they produce? If you do, then they are pinch harmonics and there is a sticky thread entirely devoted to that technique.

The only other thing that I can think of for 'tweeking' would be using the Digitech Whammy pedal. It can raise the pitch of notes by as much as an octave and Dimebag uses it on 'Becoming' during the verses. Is that what you mean?
