I recently started playing my acoustic a lot, and i dont really know of any good songs to play on it. Mostly because i listen to metal. Last night i learned Rush - Closer to the Heart (got the idea after watching the trailer park boys feat. Rush).... so i'll play pretty much anything thats decent. Gimme a few suggestions if you can.

acoutic isn't boring at all. i think no music style is boring. maybe u haven't tried it long enough.(or at all)

there are some acoutics from zakk wylde wich are pretty cool. and ghost of freedom from iced earth is pretty nice to play. really simple and very emotional

Ya desolate ways is the only other one i know. I never even thought of Opeth. I got all their songs too.... that should keep me busy for a while.

The acoustic parts of Nile-Unas slayer of the gods is pretty fun and easy. I usualy just play metal songs that I would play on electric on my acoustic. I also make up a lot of shit.
