melodic death/black

Could I get a little help on something? I dont care if i get bagged for my stupidity or whatever, but yeh.
Could you guys tell me some melodic black/death metal bands, OTHER than dissection and dawn? every time i talk about this genre, all i ever hear is "oh listen to dawn, and then dissection is better than them" so a bit of help here would be much appreciated!! cheers guys

No, but seriously andrewc, if you havnt heard norther or children ofbodom,do. And some i would suggest are:
Catamenia - Dawn of relic - Kalmah - Skyfire - Uhrilehto - Garden of shadows - The elysian fields - Mourn in silence

I agree, Arsis is simply awesome. You should definitely check this band out. "The Face of my Innoncence" is their best song, in my opinion.
