...it's not THAT good...it gets boring after a while cause it repeats itself a million times. I Can't decide which one I like best. I would say Enthron because it has the best (I think) errie production. Every scream is badass, and the slow part in Purdence's Fall is beeeautiful. I would say Puritanical because Galder and Vortex's singing. Death Cult because it sounds the best professionally wise quality. I can hear like 2 mistakes in Puritanical, hahaha.

Yeah, cause I headbang while I do, and I can't really "Jump" (haha ) like VanHalen in a dorm room, so I just walk back and forth....haha a couple days ago I was jumping up and down on my bed, with my pants down and my roommate came in when I wasn't looking, hahaha.

Fully agreed. Master of disharmony is my favorite song of theirs. Stormblast is my second favorite album, the keyboards on alt lys svunnet hen (spelling?) are so nice, and gloomy too. I dont like death cult, it is terrible in my opinion. I think the guitar is soo boring on this album. And the keyboards, they make me think i am watching a cheesy star trek movie! where did the solos go! And i also might add that i hate the cover and booklet. It looks like they just left Hot Topic with all that leather and spikes. sorry if i offended any fans. I wish there was nothing to complain about, i LOVE their old stuff.

I think the biggest lost in Dimmu's line-up is, the insane-serial-killer-face keyboardist Stian Aarstad. He put all the moods in the songs. He did'nt just filled in the blanks.

Insidious Decrepancy are the worst for it though. Just throw a bunch of adjectives together, and there you have it, a song title that makes NO sense.

Oh, BTW, while we're on the subject, my vote goes to Enthroned Darkness. It's the only album of Dimmu's that I've not actually reached for the stop button & has one particularly great song that I can't remember the name of, but it's as catchy as hell. The guy's got a good voice too. |
