Aurora Borealis
Aurora Borealis is a pretty cool band i just started listening to... im not sure if any of you have heard of them.
The drummer is Derek Roddy (also from Hate Eternal), and Tim Yeung (Nile?) They've dont a lot of covers for tribute cd's so you probably heard those. Their newest album is the best though. I got the song Eternal Tears of Sorrow.
I was wondering what you though of them

Oh shit no wonder that one sounds different... its a good song though. Whoever named it, did it backward i guess. haha stupid me
But still, they are pretty good. http://www.auroraborealis.org is their web site. They're on the slayer and kreator tribute albums along with a whole pile of others. I would get something from the Northern Lights (newest) album. The song Images in the Night Sky is cool
Let me know what style you think this would be... I think its sort of black metal but i dont know
I really like the guitar riffs they use, its something that i would like to see tabbed sometime. Im trying to learn a couple.

I made a tab for the song Images In the Night Sky, hopefully it will get posted because its an awesome song to play on both guitar and drums.
You'll probably like the first part especially.

Tim Yeung was on the first Hate Eternal album, Conquering the Throne, and Tony Laureno was also Aurora Borealis for a while.

Tim Yeung is drumming for Nile (live) because Tony Laureno is with malevolent creation now. I had to go double check that one.

Wow in astonishment in two aspects nihil, First being how have you not heard of EToS and the second being you've heard the song how can you possibly try to connect them by the members? They sound nothing alike leaving much to the imagination of how guitarenvy comes to these deductions.
