We are having a batle of the bands concert in the near future(probably in a few months). If you live near Golden British Columbia, or are willing to drive a long way..... Email me at aggro_skater22@hotmail.com for the details. You will be paid for this, $50 at least just for entering. The band that wins will get some extra cash, prolly about $400-$500 if we get good attendance. Also, getting a gig is a good way of promoting your band (and also it's hella fun).
The music will be mainly metal, but were not to picky. No auditions will be held, if your willing to play, your in.
It's still in the early stages of planning, but the more bands that are interested, the better. So mail me quik.

ehhh. do you guys cover the travel cost? I'm willing to drive a long way, but really, we get way more then 50 bucks for a show over here, so we'de need to win, thats not a problem though

how far do you live from here? we could probably do something with the budget and pay you guys some more money. I personally really don't don't care about the cash so we could probably pay for you guys to drive down.

Crazy dude. give us a price for travel and we'll try and pay it. If your coming all the way from europe, it's the least we can do. If you guys are a good band the prize money wouldn't be hard to get. What kinda of stuff u guys play? Zao style shit? whatevers good, just curious.

Well, I guess its going to be extremly expensive to fly over, I think a ticket to the Canada is like 600 bucks a person were a 5 piece band so I bet that screws up the budget lol. its probably half impossible too because we've got a mini-tour in germany/switserland this summer, and most of us still got school and shit. going to the US would be killer though

Zao style shit, mm, not really, we're more moshy, think of us as a mix between Unearth (melodic metalcore) and moshparts like throwdown/shockwave/etc. but with melodic double guitar parts.. maybe you get the picture we're recording a mini-cd in april/may which will may released on reflections if we're lucky.

anyways, best of luck with the competition, theres some canadian metalheads around this board, they might be interested in entering!
