beats me... but our Coach has made more weird decisions this tournament, I'm sure he's getting fired too.
anyways, yeah portugal was better and deserved to win.
lets see for WC2006 in germany! I heard that german coach dude didnt take up the offer to coach the national team?

I hope Greece win the final, although I can't see them beating Portugal. Portugal have got better and better as the tournament has progressed and I can't envisage them falling at the last hurdle. Well done to Greece though, they've beaten Portugal, France and now the Czech Republic. I told you all that they had potential!
Agent Orange: That picture's good but an English tabloid did a better one - they superimposed handbags onto the hands of the Argentinian players! I'll try and track it down and post it.

Portugal will play great, but Greece will make the goals !
that's the tactic of Greece, and it works ! I am really surprised about this final. In think it would be nice if portugal woulb be the winner, because they play at home, but it would be nice too if greece would win this because nobody thaught that they are in the final.

Unfortunately I'll watch on TV,cause there was
too much demand for the tickets so there weren't
any.The only way was to get to Portugal and then
try to find tickets there and there wasn't any real chance of
finding.
I think we'll lose tonight( I say this cause everytime
I think we'll lose we win and everytime I think we'll
win,we lose).
If we win I'm afraid the whole country will be set on fire!

no, because portugal are a bunch of lucky bastards
they where lucky against England when Rooney was taken off with an injury, I'de rather see us play against England then against the host country with a home whistler. we even got a Swedish guy to ref Holland - Portugal, what the hell where they thinking? (I know really, but don't tell me...)
so now both Holland and England where screwed by a ref.
well at least the Gonzales Ref guy was sent home by the UEFA
I just don't think its well deserved, Portugal doesn't really play that well and where lucky all the way, thats why Im rooting for Greece, they never achieved anything in soccer, so its kind of a new thing for them, it would be cool if they win, and a shocker!
oh, and don't you start you silly German without a coach

remember south korea and guus Hidding at the world cup last time? that was a DUTCH coach big deal, its still the team that does it!
I see, the best team can beat the greatest players
Greece plays as a team, not as a bunch of ego-trips, thats what got thjem this far
I was at the local pub with some Greek folks from the local Greek restaurant, they asked us over for Raki and Ouzo after the game friendly folks those greek folks, gotta love em!
here's to Greece, the new european champs!

I can' really describe my feelings or what happened

Congratulations Greece!
The funniest thing about the match was when Ronaldo was crying after the final whistle - I laughed my cock off when the camera stayed on him and filmed him blubbing like the girl he is! Anyway...
Dream team:
Code:
Buffon
Seiteridis Dellas Campbell Cole
Ronaldo Maniche Nedved Robben
Rooney Baros
Nightmare team:
Germany plus David Beckham!

yeah, then you're done
but you should have picked Bulgary instead of Spain, since Spain has some decent players in it!
you where lucky against Holland, but hey, at least nobody won so no hard feelings it just showed how bad both countries did this tournament, at least we're not the only big countries that fucked up, look at england and france... and fucking italy! from the big soccer countries Holland didn't even do that bad, though everybody fucking hated the way we played. our match against the Czechs was our best and we lost it because we where fucked by our own coach and the ref Gonzales(who got sent home by the UEFA)
our coach has been fired though, and the german coach resigned right? looks like where in the same boat, ya silly german!

no, this game you can't compare with FIFA. You play only ONE player. So it's real teamplay. It's a game like no game before!

oh wait, so you really have 22 people playing at the same time?
sounds pretty cool! how does it work with skills and stuff? I mean if your a slow defender you're not going to have the ball a lot right?

hehe no ... not 22 players at the same time, that would end in a choas ...!
matches will played 6 on 6 , that means 6 players each team (5 on field, one keeper). When you are new to this game you will have real problems to understand it and to get the ball often but when you play it a bit you will understand how it is working. Every player has his favourite position and u get the ball a lot. And when you play keeper you hope that the ball is far away from you !
A match goes 30 mins. The rules are nearly perfect ... offside, penalties, freekicks, corners, goalkicks ... everything is in it . But the community is a bit small, but we have a few clans (10-12 I think) and we play some tournaments. My team won the IOS premier league one month ago ! And we play this year a worldcup at the first time !
http://www.iosleagues.com/
I'am in team germany and my nick is Craig, but I think it is necessary to register to watch the team but you can watch the currently standings.
The gamehandling is quite easy: With the arrows (or W A S D) u move your player, with the mouse you look around ( and it's aimint to shoot, look up, you will make a high shot. look down you will make a low shot) Mouse1 is for shoot, mouse2 is for pass, both mousebuttons together is for powershot and diving header. then you need a button for jump, takle and trap that's it.
If you played it, you will learn to dribble, to curve the ball and to score wonderful goals !

I gotta check out that game, sounds fun.

Hiddink
yeah he did well with Korea but I don't think he can get our players to work together, simply because they don't respect the coach.
they look up to guys like van Basten and Cruyf, so I guess they can get them to play as a team.
Euro2004 was really crappy, only game we played well was against the Czechs, the first half, the rest was shit.

You speak the truth. Only Raul can compare with Beckham for an amazing tournament of underachieving drivel. But at least Raul can take penalties...

Well, they used to, but nowadays they're losing the team spirit they had a couple of years ago. I think the sale of Beckham (even though he's over-rated) was the trigger - the rest of the team saw that the team is gradually being dismantled (Keane doesn't play as much, Giggs is getting old, Butt is getting sold) and they couldn't cope. It's fucking brilliant!

Well Jordan isn't technically a woman - she's a big lump of plastic. Ugly plastic at that too, so I can see how one could rate Posh as marginally less ugly. They're both kennel-dwellers if you ask me.
Anyhow, the new season starts in 4 weeks! Benitez is going to lead Liverpool to the top of the European tree this season. He's a great manager and if he can't motivate this Liverpool squad then nobody can!

Roy Makaay is like much better, he always scores...!
He should be in the dreamteam, J. Stam played very good as well in the european championships...
the rest of the team was like shit.
Hope during the world championships, holland has a better soccerteam by then.

best player to play in Greece ever!
Well that's until someone breaks his leg
or he learns the greek way of doing things !
At least there is hope!

Yes, yes, yes! Pre-season is well under way and there are only three weeks until the start of the Premiership. Liverpool are going great up to now with 2 friendly wins out of 2. Cisse scored two against Celtic last night and looks to be a scintilating player - the rest of the Premiership had better watch out!

He's only 31 as well. Surely he's a got a few more good years left in him (he can come to Liverpool!)?

Germany has a new coach now: Jürgen Klinsmann.
He get help by Oliver Bierhoff who will work as team manager.
These are two unexperienced guys, don't know if it was a good decision. :/

Finally they've got someone to blame
after the next world cup ends!
I wonder what Klinsmann was thinking!
PAOK will play with Maccabi Tel Aviv or Helsinki
in the qualifying round for Champions League.
I think we'll probably qualify, those two teams aren't so good.
Hey John you're playing with Banik Ostrava.
It will be difficult for you to qualify.
See you in the group phase!

The Bundesliga season just started today and the old winner Werder Bremen won their first match! But I hope any team get the cup but pls not Bayern München!
Do you hate it too if there is a team in the league who wins the league "too" often (like Bayern München or Real Madrid)? that makes everying boring ...

Yeah, pretty much everybody in England hates M********r U****d. But, as far as I (and my dad) can remember, they've always been hated whether they win the league or not.
