hello, new here
i was just bored and wrote a little, though it´s more a poem than a song, comments appreciated

I stand before the burial mound
A sinister shadow dwindles around this sacred barrow
Her odoriferous essence fondles my face
A distinct cry of a so-called pace

I remember blissful times
Were lovers used to be
The times have changed, decades passed
I mourn and still the pages turn
An everflowing stream
Descends to the garden eden
Descends from the stoney road
Where once the ancients rode

Shimmering dusk lays upon the floodplain
Cloaks the nature in silence
A misty and dusky shine meanders on the ground
Entangles the firs and pines
The austere and pristine scent of trees
Infatuates all my mortal senses
In complete concinnity I feel as one
With the wind that kindles my passion

And there she lays, dressed in wine
Her porcelain skin rakes the tempest out o´ the night
An orchard jewel on her drawling breast
This orchid boquet, sway, sweps the tide o´er morbid beauty
There she mourns a silent funeral
A cage of glass embraces this snow white
Mortal goddess, embodied in this martyr
Or is it ice? Is it vice?
And slow, in silence
A lengthening spurt of a quicksilver pearl
Makes it´s way down this ivory face...

And there she lays,
She cries silent tears
Her grace a superior glance
Crowns the snow´s beauty
As roses share their dark red on the sparky white
The gentle wind whispers a sober perception
And then the earth takes her, embraces her, regains her

May she sleep well and salvaged in her mothers arms...
