THE MOST TECHNIC DEATH METAL BAND! (?)
First of all, sorry my english.
I was thinking which Death metal band is the most technic today or past days. What do you think about it? Do you think is "Death" (Chuck)?

Quo Vadis is not THAT technical... it's much more melodic (I know it can be melodic AND technical, but I don't think it is in this case) Well it's a matter of opinion.
And there is probably a thread about that elsewhere, but anyway.
Death has been surpassed by now, but when Human got released in the early 90's, yeah it was probably pretty technical (for the time)
Most of the bands (if not all) on Unique Leader are technical enough, if you like brutal stuff though.
In general most of death metal that is being made today has to be technical, but if you want some "non-Unique Leader" listen to Martyr, Capharnaum, Despised Icon, Cryptopsy, Decapitated, Atheretic, Gorguts, Nile...

Yeah, I've got all their albums at home. I know very well these songs, and I still don't think they're as technical as the bands I mentionned previously. Of course, they pick pretty fast, but in the end, their riffs all sound similar. It's hard to explain my conception of what "technical" is but... click on http://www.psycroptic.com (go to the multimedia section) and tell me what you think. That, for me, is technical.

Quo Vadis is technical, but there are far more tech. Psycroptic surpasses them greatly. And I don't know why people consider Death technical.
Anyways, there is already a thread about this in Bands. See that.
