Does anyone know what guitars and/or amp and pre-amp settings Rick and Gary used for the 'Another Lesson in Violence' album?

When I saw Exodus they where each using 3 grey skined Marshall amps. 800's or 900's. Gary had a red Charvel and Rick had a blue Kramer.
