it probably wont be connecting anything. it seems that a lot of bands like to claim that the new album will be a mix of two previous ones, bullshit. Im not sure if ive ever seen that statement actually play out. If anything, it will probably be a mix of damnation and something worse... but knowing me, ill most likely buy it anyway, for various reasons

And i WONT be buying it for obvious reasons!!!!!!!!!

it just hit me. at first i was thinking that none of my friends would be buying COF's new album, so i thought that in order to hear it (all of it) i would have to buy it. But actually all i will do is get someone to burn it or something when it is possible. Damn, downloading stuff, or whatever, flies right over my head cause i have never personally done it. only had this guy do it a few times.

I'll never understand why people don't like Cradle of Filth (people who like death metal have an excuse i soppose), i've always thought they were a pretty good band, there new album did suck though, to overly produced.

anything released before (and including) Midian was great, anything after sucks.

I'm not a real die hard Cradle fan. But I like most of the older stuff better.
Such as Dusk and her embrace, Midian, Cruelty and the beast, Principle of evil made flesh. I think Dani filth should convert back to death metal just as he first started off with. Though all in all, good musicians and music, but like Dimmu Borgir, the keyboards and stuff is really starting to get to me, so I listen to both of those bands once in a great while. Death metal is my main aspect in music.

I think vempire is the best album. Though its short. I think Queen of winter throned is thier best song.

Midian is the best.

I know it's sort of a ritual to have odd vocals in death/black metal bands, but sometimes the vocals are so annoying, that they stop me from appreciating what death metal is all about, the instrumentals. I do appreciate the fact that Dani's lyrics aren't the typical "I ripped your eyes out and fucked the hole" thing, but his damn voice just makes me twitch.
