I want to ask what amps and pedals do you use?
I just got a Jackson Kelly KE-3 and I am looking for a Death sound, such as 6ft Under or Obituary type sound. What amps and pedals do you suggest?
I want a nice clean deep crunch. I am looking for about 100 watts in the amp.

about how much would you want to spend? half stack? combo? tube? s.s.? hybrid? digital?

I can spend about 2-3 hundred.
I'm not sure as far as the other things, half stack, combo, tube, s.s., and such. I do not know much about amps.

300 wont get you much

300 huh?..... maybe if you're lucky, you could pickup a decent 2x12 tube combo off ebay or something for about $400-$500(u.s.), like a crate bv60,2x12. or a 5150 2x12 combo. because in reality, you'd be lucky to get a good loud tube amp for $300 unless it's solid state, but nice solid state is still going to cost you.
