Calm down, Doctor, it's not rocket science. I also don't know what the cute ftp interface looks like, I'm familiar with Bulletproof FTP and Ws_FTP.
In the address, or "host" field you enter my IP which is this: ftp://67.9.96.38:2121 If it asks for a password you can leave it blank, or enter your email address it doesn't matter.
If you're on dial up, it may take awhile longer. Gotta remember you're trying to connect to a computer(mine) which is quite aways away from you.
Because alot of you are so far away, I upped the timeout on the server. |

For those of you connecting in the browser, make sure you have SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 checked off in your browser
Go into control panel, then internet options, hit the advanced tab and check the appropriate boxes.
Guys, I know for a fact this FTP is up and running. I've had numerous people across the country verify that the upload and download is working correctly.

I just got back from basslessons, I'm trying it again now, but it gives the same old 'connection failure' again... I don't know, maybe it's not possible to log in outside of the US? can't be eh?
my Ws_ftp tells this:

but, the host name is correct, why the fuck is it connecting to 255.255.255.255.255:21?
ehm, you got the same error with Ws_ftp? what program are using that's WORKING?
the FTP IS up and running though becuase I can download, no probs, but I can't seem to get in with an ftp program (yet..)
Doctor, you're in the metaltabs.com ftp server, which is locked, its just the webserver of metaltabs, nothing interesting there. Ohyeah, I'll upload some kickass euro hardcore/metalcore when I get in (including backfire especially for you, shemale) |

Don't bother accessing the ftp server for the time being, I'll post back in here with developments.

From what I'm gathering, dial up users are having some difficulty and the server has not let any connections in twice, once yesterday and now once today. I'm looking into this shit.
For now, I need everyone on this thing. Try and break it, upload/download whatever. I need to see this function really heavily.
