The website of the actual band in question... though if its a band thats not around anymore, i just trawl the web/ebay until i find somewhere that sells it. Putting something like '<band name> tshirts order' or '<band name> merchandise order' into Google almost always produces some usable results

Get them direct from the artist. Cheaper, and they actually see all of the money. Buying from the labels, you support the label too, thus higher prices. Its up to you, really.

yeah theres 2 main stores and one stand at a mall.. the stores mainly sell used CDs and not used band merch.. i have a slayer tshirt, slayer hoodie, cryptopsy shirt, 2 ramones t-shirts, and a metallicas t-shirt

Yes, they know about it. Soulinsane was giving me shit about it, saying it was really me who stole it or something.

I order a lot of my shits from Infinity1, like my Dying Fetus or my Opeth shirt. I'll probably order an Exhumed shirt and a Necrophagist pretty soon.
Tomorrow I'm going to stop by Hot Topic, they have a couple shirts I like. They have some Resident Evil shirt that are awesome. The one I'm getting for sure is the Racoon City Police Department (or RPD) shirt and maybe the bloody zombie shirt. If the shirt were from the movie, I'd never by them unless I need firewood or something along those lines.

i usually get mine from stores but theres only a couple of them around (as newHELL already posted)... i go to a place called Mr.Music most of the time
i have:
3 Nirvana (tshirts)
2 Metallica (1 hoodie, 1 tshirt)
1 megadeth (hoodie)
1 Ozzy (t shirt)
i just realized i lost one of my Nirvana shirts, but its been gone for like, a long time... hehe i cant believe i didnt notice...
