Just a few touch-ups to a tab previously written, this is my first try
(Thanks to Christopher - Very well done, Cheers dude.)

. - palm mute / - slide up to
\ - slide down to ~ - vibrato
h - hammer on b - Bend
p - pull off Suffixes for bend
t - tap f - full bend h - half bend
ph - pinched harmonic q - quarter bend t - tap bend
*  - see comment         ^  - Hold bend    r release bend
x - Stuccatto ~ - vibrato bend
, - slight palm mute () - ghost note, sustained note
" - tremolo note <> - Trill

Tunning E A D G B E

Pattern 1 - Repeat 4 Times

E|----------0-----------0-----------------------------------
B|--------0---0-----------0---------------------------------
G|------2-------2-2/5-------5-------------------------------
D|----2----------(2/5*)-------------------------------------
A|--0---------------------------3\2-0-----------------------
E|-------------------------------------3--------------------
   * (2/5*) This is slid up at the same time as the slide on G:, but isnt
plucked, giving the D: string a quiet slide sound.
So only play the G slide from 2/5, but still slide the D 2/5
(I hope thats understandable...) Just to help: i use my index
finger on the D string, and my middle finger on G.

Pattern 2 - (Right after Pattern 1) Only 1 Time

E------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B----------0---------------------------------------3---------------------------
G--------2---2--------------4p3-------3--------2-3---3-2-0-----------2-4h5-4-0-
D------3-------3----------------4---4------------------------------2-----------
A----3-----------3-------4--------4--------5---------------------3-------------
E--1--------------------2--------------------3-----------------4---------------

Repeat Pattern 1 - 4 Times

Repeat Pattern 2 - 1 Time

Repeat Pattern 1 - 4 Times

Pattern 3

E---------------------------------------------------------0------------
B---------------------------------------0~--------------4---4----------
G----------0---------0-------0--------2-----2---------4-------4--------
D--------0---0-----0-------1--------2---------2-----4-----------4------
A---2/6----------5-------3-------0----------------2---------------2----
E----------------------------------------------------------------------

Then...
Pattern 4

E---------------------------------------------------3----3------3-----3----3--
B---------------------------------------0~----------5----3------2-----1----0--
G----------0--------0-------0---------2-----2-------0----0------0-----0----0--
D--------0---0----0-------1---------2---------2-------------------------------
A--2/6----------5-------3--------0--------------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------0------------0-----0----0---

Repeat Pattern 1 - 8x

Thanks to of course, Opeth. I cant even begin to explain how great you are.

Hope you enjoy, David.
