Corridor Of Chameleons is one of Meshuggah's
fastest songs based in a tempo of 170 beats
per minute. Thw riffs are quite simple, and
the time signatures for the polyrhythmic parts
are not too obscure, at least to begin with.
Do not be fooled though, the solo rhythm will
take time to nail because of it's particularly
long phrase length and repetitive, jumpy feel.
After the solo, there is a fine example of
telepathic guitar teamwork as Marten and Fredrik
trade-off low-end chugging powerchords and
high-end discords.
