Lol they showed it on screen right before in Flames started and the entire croud went on booing to the screen.. so that shows how much the people are waiting for this crappy band..

Paulaner is "Wheat"-beer with much yeast. It's very popular in Bavaria. They sell much of it at the "Oktoberfest", think you've heard of it.

And the "Böhse Onkelz" are really a fucked up band. It was a very popular band for racists, but now they're more popular and deny that they were racists.
Their music is boring, nothing special. But many "non-metalheads" like them, because it's quite hard music for them.

i just don't understand that wacken after hearing the reactions of the public when they showed the commercial for next year on the big screen didn't realised that bohnzeonkels just sucks and has to be scrapt from headlining,, i mean i could name a huge number of other bands that could really count as a headliner.

(just a thought but maybe braxator hahahaha,) Thyrfing, Finntroll, Cannibal Corpse, iced earth (maybe this time for real) maiden, (yes i know, i'm a sentimental sucker )and so on.... why a band like BohnzeOnkels... just can't understand.. but hey, every time there has to be a crappy band i think.

I'd count IE out until they're confirmed, since they have not AFAIK got a complete line-up. Both lead guitarist Larry Tarnowski and vocalist Matthew Barlow left the band this year, and I haven't heard anything confirmed about replacements, though Tim Owens did the vocals on the comming record.

But Ancient Rites played in the tent because they wanted to. Ancient Rites doesn't want all the publicity they said on stage and i quote: Fuck commercialism, we stay underground* and although that tent was white, it didn't fucked up the gig of ancient rites. Ancient Rites and Thyrfing had the best gigs on 2003 if you ask me.
Anyway Wacken 2003 was a perfect festival... and i am defenatly going this year again! Are you coming along Sanderinos?

and it's true that you can't rake beer cans to the concerts, but you can use "tetra packs" or soft PET-Bottles, don't know how to call it in english, and put the beer in it, so you can drink beer while beeing at the stage! I have a 5 litre PET-Bottle for that

and don't buy beer there! take it with you, for abaout 6 litres per head and day

This year we are definatly getting a refrigurator! Last year we had beer cans under the car, wich worked as well.... but it was only real cold in the morning.

well thunderstone aint that bad. It's powermetal wich is a kind of metal not everybody really likes but i have seen them at the stratovarius concert a wile ago and i was pretty impressed about the music, very fast.

I only think Thunderstone will be on the same time as sonata arctica last year, on the last day at 1 o clock at night. They where practicly the last act on the festival.
