As Wolfsherz said, there's no one here that I'm aware of who is as close minded as that about their taste in music. I do understand what you mean though, there are people I've met who are like that, but they tend to be in their early teens and usually grow out of it. Again, I've not met anyone on this forum in my 5 years of membership that has come across like that. Well, except for a handful of the IWABO fanboys/girls who started frequenting this thread haha. I'm not lumping you in with those guys, though.

I'm not sure if IWABO tabs would be accepted here, because a band has to appear on Encyclopaedia Metallum [Metal Archives] before it'll be considered. I think there are exceptions, such as non-metal side projects/other bands of musicians who had previously played metal. IWABO doesn't appear on the archives, and given the general feeling the people here have for this band I doubt they'd be considered. It might sound elitist and closed minded, but this is a metal tabs site for fans of metal, so a selection process is required otherwise what's the point? That selection process excludes forms of metal which are widely considered overly commercialised/manufactured/trendy, or indeed just shit. This site caters to a certain set of "sensibilities". Also, most of the people here frequent other tab sites such as Ultimate Guitar and Tab Crawler (many of them are mods on these other sites) so they can submit/download tabs for their other favourite bands. With that in mind - that is, that the majority of the people here clearly don't fall into the "close minded" category - our criticisms of IWABO are as credible as anyone else's.
