All I noticed about your picking hand is you were downpicking REALLY fucking fast... I guess that's a bad thing, playing with your elbow but if it's the way you play and it works what's the problem.... Good luck finding a band who can keep up!

Its just too bad that the downpicks at that speed have to feel like a workout. I doesn't hurt my elbow or anything, but I get enough of a workout in a day of construction and the gym. I gotta just make it a habit to warm up properly. Btw if anyone is interested, that guitar that you see me using in the videos(Jackson RR1 USA)is on ebay right now with a day left. I have too much financial shit on my plate so I have to be without a guitar for a while.
