Might aswell just drop the 2000 posts and just have the requirement be 2 years.
2 years does sound a little long, but you dont want to be handing them out left and right.
I'm pretty much dropping my fixation on obtaining a little title. It aint that big of a deal really. I just want to have one and have Transient not have one

I think Nomad wants the 2000 posts part in so that people who sign up and then don't post at all are not automatically assigned a custom title after 2 years. A lot of people sign up and view the forum but don't post so the 2000 post stipulation implies that you have to have contributed to the forum as well as possess longevity in order to get a custom title.
So yeah, I think 2000 posts and 2 years membership is fair. When Transient gets to 1 year and 364 days Nomad can just increase it to 5 years minimum
