The head looks even bigger in real life and no, it doesn't have controls. Everything is maxed out. And I had a friend of mine order it in the usa and send it to me. The guitar cost me 2400 euro plus shipping. ( I know I could have got a ran ) But I always wanted that one, so I'm happy

Jackson V ps-37. Replaced Jackson pickups with SH-13 dimebucker in bridge, 59 in neck. Playing through Peavey Valveking head and Marshall 1960a quad.
Gonna replace jackson locking trem with floyd rose and maybe replace hardware with gold hardware but iv'e heard the gold peels off.

No joke! Strats can be great. Fat strats are even better, imo.. I do like single coil neck pups, though. One of these years I'll mod my RG570 for coil splitting for that.

I like both, but i do have a single coil right now in my charvel/jackson in the neck and it sounds good. I'm thinking about picking up a sl-1 soloist with the single coil in the neck. I find that it has a very short and sweet sound. Although the humbucker has probably a more of a milkyish sound to it. Both are good but good for different stuff.

I could give you a number, but that would not make sence. Because prices in my country is higer because of toll, taxes and our high wages.
But I can say that the price was the same as a Jackson RR3 or Ke3.
I once owned the ke3 and it had noe sustain, was neckheavy and had bad sound. Horible cheap trem. Too high in the nut. The fake invader pu's was no good, but the lowqualety wood was the major problem. Have tried several RR3's and my feeling about it is identical with the ke3.
Everything on the guitar felt cheap compared to the fender I got now.

I never ever named guitars. It's always been "The Jackson", or "The Kelly", "The Warlock" "My Ibanez" or "the 7 string".
Names are for people, and er... boats.

same here. "the black one" (ibanez super strat copy), "the gibson"/"the les paul", "the 370"/"the blue one", "the 570" (i had 2 ibanez RGs for a short period so color was sometimes used to distinguish the 370, because the 570 has a weird color that i don't know a name for). also "the acoustic". i've only had one acoustic so it's always been "the acoustic".
now i just have my rg570 and my alvarez acoustic, so it's "the eletric" and "the acoustic"
i've never had any desire to give them names.. no desire at all. it's a pretty cool idea, and i've thought about it after hearing others name theirs a few times, but i never got around to it.

US Custom shop BC Rich Mockingbird (neck-thru body, DiMarzio ToneZone-bridge, PAF Classic-neck)
BC Rich NJ Warlock (80's model with Kahler trem and dual PAF Pros)
BC Rich Platinum Bich (found it on ebay in mint condition for $125, couldn't resist)
Fender American made (well, made in America by Mexicans) Hwy-1 Stratocaster (ToneZone-S in the bridge, Choppers in the middle and neck) picked it up because I'm a huge Maiden fan, it's actualy become my favorite guitar
Fernandes Dragonfly Deluxe (Duncan JB & Jazz) got this as part of an endorsment deal my band had with Fernandes, beats the shit out of a PRS, IMO
Fernandes Vertigo (stock, nothing special)
Ibanez RG570 (Duncan JB in the bridge)
Alvarez Classic (looks like a cross between a strat and a tele, excellent blues tone)
Lotus Telecaster Knock-off (my first electric, pretty much a POS, but I did stick a set of DiMarzios in it)
I think that's it. I've owned over thirty guitars since I started playing about 12 years ago, but these are the ones I've held on to.

Customised cheapo Encore Strat style (standard tuning, different pick up configuration and fretless from 15th fret up)
Over the years I've had a few Les Paul/Sg copies, a Yamaha RGX110 and a Hohner flying V.

Well they shouldnt be too hard to track down, I got this one for 400€ with EMG 81/85 (but the floyd rose had to be blocked). Its missing a few pieces from the back though. I'm also keeping it in B standard.

Washburn X-20 professionally set up with my own minor adjustments and has a Dimarzio X2N in the bridge and Pro Track single coiled size humbuckers in the middle and neck positions.
I also have a Washburn Dime 332 guitar which will undergo the same pro set up as my first guitar and will have a Dimarzio X2N in the bridge and a PAF Pro in the neck eventually.

Guitars:
Schecter Omen-6 (Stopbar tailpiece, SD JB and 59 PUs)
Ibanez RS135 (1984)
Other:
Yamaha PSR-240 Keyboard (nothing special)
Buffet R13 Clarinet (dated from the mid-50s)
Convair Custom-Made Flute (very rare, unsure of date as information on this is virtually nil. It was made for a professional and played as such, the quality is high)
Blessing Scholastic Trombone (This one is undoubtedly crap, but it's just for shits and giggles)
I can't wait to have enough instruments to take up a whole room!
