That about the Left hand Flapping as you call it, on the bottom and top. It's really not that hard - I started practicing in a slow tempo, then fast, without hitting any notes, and then worked the speed up. Not as difficult as it look, I can do it pretty much the same speed.

 YES! the return of the Michael Angelo Batio thread. Yah that over under technique with his left hand is awesome. Does anybody own one of his cd's? I'd like to know if his music is any good. (I've only heard a couple songs like no boundaries, prog, 22x, and take a look around)

i thought that at first and i thought he was a fag then I turned on the tape and it was like  im never making fun of that guy again. What he lacks in coolness (though i think hes pretty damn cool), he makes up for technical skill.

Even though they speed it up, you can do it yourself in pretty much the same speed - Practice makes perfect.

At first i thought it was speeded up, since his head moves very strange. Then someone told me that he did it live too, I've never seen a live video though. So i believed he could do it - Now some one says it's speeded up - I dunno what to believe

I heard they didnt speed it up too. Its not that crazy its possible. Im 90% sure they don't speed it up. Have you seen all the other stuff he can do?
