Do you know that in vB3 you can upload your photo? Just go to the User CP and click Profile Picture.
You picture will be visible in your profile and in the Member List.

I know how to do it it's just that my pic size is smaller than the requested size but it still won't take it. But i think i get it now. The pic needs to be higher than larger is that it?...

It must be max 100x150 (width x height) pixels and 100,000 bytes in size.
