I cant use tiny picks as I hold the pick with my thimb, index, and thumb. So I need space.

yeah I think the IIIs are 2mm. They're unbendable but not too thick because that would be a decrease in speed. I recomend the IIIs over the II because I tried them for the first time a couple nights ago and they blew me away.

I just looked it up:
Jazz III - 1.38mm
So they're under 2 but they're small so they seem thicker.

Yeah those are sharper and faster. The jazz IIs are almost like a worn down version of the III.

Purple D'Andrea Formula Delrex 1.14mm is the way to go!
The best pick I've ever played with. It's thick enough for my type of playing, and it won't slip fron yer fingers even if they sweat alot!
Been playing with them for a year or two now...

I use Jazz IIs as of last week and I really like em. They're small and easy to pinch harmonics with and they're thick for speed picking. I also have a few Stylus pick which have a diamond shape tip at the end made for shredding. I don't like the feel of them so I'm strictly Jazz II now.
God I'm bored...

ah yes. JD jazz 2's. i use the red ones, and sometimes i use the purple dunlop jazz picks. same reason, great for piches, but when it comes down to it, does it really matter???

ah yes, the blue brain picks. i have that inbetween my strings right now. (yeah i do use others besides the jazz II's. great grip on those things. you can chew em up ( i think i have a pick chewing problem. anyone else?) and they still play nicely. graphite picks are good too. especially the ones that are so thick they cant even bend.
