I'll still friends with my first ex...Meh, I just joined a band and we had a first rehersal.
It consists of me(string bass), a harp, singer, guitar, drums, flute. We're going to send a demo to that southwest something thing. Those of you in Texas might know what I'm talking about; it's held in Austin in March, and lots of clubs fill up with gigs from all over...

well it might be different for you, but mine was like this:
7:30pm Malmsteen (sound was horrible)
- Some song
- Baroque and Roll
- Fugue
- crazy shit, he put on a pretty good spectacle
- Red House (ugh, he tortured it to death)
8:30 Vai
- Some song
- For the love of God
- introduces bands, and plays stuff.
^ this part was excellent, he got his 2 backing guitarists and the bassist (billy sheen), and they fretted the person next to them's guitar
9:30 Satch
- some song
- cool # 9
- solo bit
- surfing with the alien
10:30 All 3 of them
- Little wing (VERY GOOD)
- Voodoo child (Also very good)
- tooooons of solo shit
- a zz-top song
overall, it was an excellent show, but during the actual G3 bit, malmsteen ruined the show. you'll know what i mean if you see him doing the same shit.
