At what speed can you do DB?
Hi all.
I was just wondering - at what speed (BPM) can you do a doublekick for some time?
(while doing some regular snare hi-hat stuff on top)
Like for one metronome beat - 2 kicks (LF en RF).
Who bids highest?

lol...
Just put it in front of you, on your snare even, and just look at it while you doublekick then
Or get some silent / flat / electronic drum, or hang a bunch of towels on your DB to make it more silent...

I tried drumming once...I couldn't get a steady beat. But is was easy as hell to do most ac/dc and zztop songs, like Back in Black.
But if I really worked on it, I'm sure I could do....oh say 16th notes at...100.

get a metronome with a headphone jack, get bigass headphones that cover your ears, and put on a beanie hat over the headphones while you're playing. works for me.
and as for how fast i can go id say about 225 on an average day, about 245 on a great day at 16th notes

lol! I also can't keep a steady double bass beat. I can't even do double bass when I'm doing blast beats. I also tried to learn the snare roll from Devourment's
Festering Vomitous Mass, but I failed.
