Are there any classical guitarists on the list (I wouldn't know them
anyways).
If not, then why are there none. I'm sure they're pretty good too.
Also, Y'know that guy on Saturday Night Live? The blonde who always
makes those funny faces when he does bends and vibratos?

One thing with making a top guitarists list, what are you judging? Shear technical ability and knowlege (i.e being able to run up and down every scale and smoke anyone in speed), or the ability to be able to write a riff that sticks in your head. And if it is the latter, you need to organise it into genres or a bias will come out. Unless you are doing a plain ability list it is near impossible. But I'd like to to get a buch of the top guitarists togher and see who really has the best chops.

Lets face it popular culture blows. Kurt Cobain was alright but compared to a real guitarist he ain't shit. Besides, all he did was bitch. And Where's Vai, where's Satch, Where's Zack Wylde, Dimebag, where the guitarists who have some balls. I saw the guy from yes on there what type of shit is that. But my biggest complant is that Jimi Hendrix was number one. Yes, jimi was one of the best ever, but he is not the best. He was simply the first. Anyone who knows anything about blues knows that Vaughan was better than jimi. I'm outraged. But what can i do, nothing.

Ah sorry guys about the delay, I've been pretty busy lately. I decided not to delete this thread because pretty much up untill the point when the cuntwiggle came on, this thread was very well relatively active so I just deleted all of his posts. But if this conitunes (i.e. he comes back, or another incident occurs that is similar) im not going to take the time and clean it up, I'll just close it. But some of you are also responsible for his pestering posts. If you have a problem with a person and start to be non-relative to the thread, don't respond to him in the thread becuase you will just be begging for another idiotic response, so take it up with that person in a PM. Im guilty of the same thing to, but just a reminder to keep in mind. Hopefully this thread will live on. Enjoy!
