There are actually 4 bands called Disgorge. Only 2 are well-known, though. The mexican one, which is the one I *don't* think he means.. is just flat-out brutal death/grind stuff.
And the Disgorge on Unique Leader (US one), aren't really that technical at all, either. The other 2 are from The Netherlands and Sweden, respectively. Mind you, these are the only bands called Disgorge that have a recording. Probably 7536832656325234582365 (minor exaggeration) other ones floating around.
And c'mon. Morbid Angel aren't exactly the epitome of technical death metal, Straker. |

Yeah I only know of two, I've never heard the US one, I just thought maybe that's what he meant. The Mexican Disgore isn't band though, not techie but damn good goregrind.

Pretty tech
I think nonexist is pretty technical too. It's crazy how much noise they can make for a three piece. Opeth is really technical on guitar. But what about the B-52's and Matchbox 20?
