The Hulk did indeed rule. Ang Lee raised the bar on the comic book movie way high. Good script AND good acting. Beautiful cinematography, and bitchin' direction.
It's too bad the public hasn't really caught on to that movie's asskicking-ness, most people were disappointed in the lack of shallowness the movie had. They were expecting All Hulk, all the time and no story.

I heard on t.v. that the Hulk's profit had really been hurt due to word of mouth. It had a great opening but the next weeks were less than expected. T.V. never lies!!!!!!!
I just downloaded Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult. I think I have listened to it around 30 times today. H.I.M.'s version is pretty good to. Maybe just a bit slow with a weak interlude between the 2nd and 3rd chorus.

That was part of the problem, yes. Enough net nerds generated a bad buzz after that Hulk workprint leaked, they all bitched about the special effects. |

I still haven't seen The Hulk yet.......but i'm dying to see it. It looks fucking awesome, and i've been waiting for a comic book-turned-movie to actually have a storyline instead of a bunch of nifty acrobatics (ie: Spiderman).

Hulk is not for the short attentionspanded people. Its a long movie but a deep and complex one at that. Go see it memnoch, it kicks major ass. I thought spider man was pretty good though...could have done daredevil better. Whats next? I think the Silver Surfer would be awesome, tuff to do though.
Saw pirates of the Carribian. I really wasn't in the mood to see it but it was definatly good. Jonny Depp is an incredable actor. Hes like a younger version of Gary Coleman.

I hate when that shit happens. My Testament Signs of Chaos: Best of cd broke, my old CAD teacher broke my Sound of Perseverance, my Follow the Reaper was left in my car and melted on the dashboard, and my Covenant album was also broken somehow. I know my mom did it but she won't fess up. All cds were regained except for the Testament. |

Silver Surfer vs. Galactus could be a cool movie, however, look at all the people who bitched at Hulk's special effects. SS vs. Galactus would be a lot to deal with.
