Kahler locking trem

i have a guitar with a non locking trem. should i go for a locking kahler trem? what r the pro's and cons of a kahler locking trem? besides from the fact that the flip lock thing is pretty ugly

Here you go, this site covers most of the stuff about the Kahlers, I played one on an ESP once, it seemed to me that it was a bit more sturdy.
