Help with tab posting on this site....

I have a tab i want to post but every time i paste it into the message box or send it as a file attatchment it turns out messed up. I typed it up in note pad using default font and size, any help?

and ontopic, i have it to, but just on my pc, when i check if it is submitted by nomad on the site, it's always right.
