I have it set up to only accept 2 concurrent logins from the same IP address, and the connection times out if you're idle for 5 minutes or longer.

The idle timeout is basically to ensure that you can't sit on the lines forever not doing shit. No worries though, it won't time out during any transfers, you have all the time in the world to downlload

argh! its not working for me im clicking on the artist then album and then a song, and then it opens up a internet window, and after like 7 seconds it loads up the error page 'This page cannot be displayed'

Everyone is an anonymous user. What version of Internet Explorer do you have? You need at least 5.0 I believe to browse the FTP with your browser.

Sorry but i dont know much about my computer, how could i find out what explorer i have?

nevermind. continue using the anonymous login, I just tested the upload and it works fine.

look in the tabs, upper right in the middle of your browser, click on Help, then click on About internet explorer
