Haha I too am quite obsessed with this kind of thing. You can do it yourself; download any MIDI file are run it through this:

Be sure to max out the program's settings though, the default settings seem to assume you're running the software on 4MB of RAM.

I love those Emperor tracks, gives you a real good Castlevania feeling. They should've used this sound for the boss fights instead of the real soundtrack
