This is one of my favorite death metal bands and I really wish they had more than two albums.

Any suggestions on who else I would like that is similar?

I am a really big Zyklon fan, Hate Eternal is pretty good and Morbid Angel I haven't heard much of the new stuff at all, but Domination was pretty good.

Myrkskog to me is a different level of energy, melodic riffing and the modulation in a few tracks really keeps it interesting.

Never heard these guys, listening now. Not bad, and Zyklon was definitely the first band that came to mind while hearing them.

Check out Scarve, Soar (specifically the album Luminiferous). While not as "blackened", they've definitely got that same aggressive touch while still maintaining a great sense of melody.

Yeah, actually, get Luminiferous now. Go.
