question about schecter necks.

i just sold my rg that i had for about 4 years. i'm looking for a guitar that plays fast but can also handle some really heavy doom/drone stuff. i saw that schecter damien 6, it seems like it would be a good option. a heavy guitar with a fixed bridge and a fast neck. so the real question is what's the neck like? how close is it to a wizard II? any info on the guitar is appreciated.

I wouldn`t say it`s as fast as a Wizard neck but still thin and grippy. Try some Jacksons too, especially the DK2 and other Dinky models

Schecter's have pretty thick necks compared to jackson and Ibanez. I don't know abou tthe bolt-on damien models..but the set-neck hellraisers are a little thick. But they are really comfortable.
