DO ANY DRUMMERS THAT AREN'T IN A BAND EVER GET BORED AND FEEL LIKE THEY ARE PLAYING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER... ILL PLAY IT AND IT WILL SOUND THE SAME BUT WHEN I RECORD IT, IT SOUNDS DIFFERENT. ANYONE EVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM HAPPEN TO THEM? REPLY BACK PLEASE.

Yes, sometimes it's boring to be a drummer, and you've to play songs that you don't like that much.

Yeah I get that feeling sometimes. But thats only when Im not in the mood to play. This is the thing man. There are Musicians and then there are Drummers. Theres a difference. Drummers are the backbone of the band, and they can make or break a band. Just remember your the one whos holding the band together. Your the glue. Because Guitars and Bass are very similar they are the same type of instrument. The Drums are completely different and that is the key to a band. Without a drummer they are hopeless, remember that. And as far as being repetitive goes, why dont yuo listen to MegadetH, nothing repetitive there.

Yeah that happens to me too, because I just started palying so I suck and I play the same thing over and over, and also it happens with me with guitar too because I'll learn a new song and try to get good at it and all I play is the old stuff that I already know and then the new song and then it get's boring because I play all the song's everytime I play guitar. I know how you feel man. Hail!!!

I am never bored being a drummer. Maybe it's because I play many styles, I also teach lessons and have taken many drum lessons myself.

I play guitar and lead my band so i get to tell my drummer what to do and what to play. He doesnt like it but oh well, i can always find someone else.
