I wouldn't say Erotomania's that crazy (and not really Glass Prison for that matter), nor Master of Puppets (FFWF, and Trapped, yes). Personally:
-Speed Metal Symphony (Cacophony)
-The descending lick after "...the original good times girl" in Yankee Rose (DLR)
-Shyboy (DLR)
-Flight of the Bumblebee
-Paradigm Shift (Liquid Tension Experiment)
-Mr. Scary (Dokken)
most underrated I would say is the Scorpions "Sails of Charon" (later covered by YJM and Testament)- the intro solo.

here are a few awesome riffs not the craziest or the best but tjey sound fucking awesome.
1. Cryptic wintermoon - Black moon (chorus riff) fucking awesome  it makes me cry!!!!
2. Cryptic Wintermoon - when daylight dies (the riff near the end of the song when it satrts going heavy and fast)
3. Slayer - Captor of Sin (opening riff) and at the gates version is better
4. Cradle of Filth - hollowed be thy name (main riff) way better then iron maiden's original |

Possesion by Today Is The Day (the harmonic flurry over the blasts)
Sugar Coated Sour - the Dillenger Escape Plan (anything off "Calculating Infinity" has fucking incredible rhythmic patterns)
