Young G - well done.
Kalma - ncie try.
we should make a metaltabs compilation CD w/the best original songs by members. then sell it at the shop, or just give away free copies w/every purchase over x amount. or just give 'em away for any purchase period.

That's a good idea. Figure $1 for manufacturing + $2 for Metal Tabs + $2 for royalties split between the artists = $5 per CD plus S&H.
Or you could set up a free download server for promotion of forum member's bands. Set up a review board (10 or so members with diverse tastes) who decide what songs are good enough for the server and then rank them by forum member's votes.

man thats obviously just a "look what i can do" one off recording. random riffs thrown together w/no structure. half of the song doesn't even go well w/the drums. the solo stuff was cool at the end, but don't go around trying to pass this off as a song. for shame.

younguitarist sends me drum tracks, and I record a guitar track to it. I dont really have much experience with playing with drummers, so It's difficult for me to make riffs to a pre-existing drum track.
Fuck, I thought it was decent..
But, hey, critisism is good.

If you rename the song "Look what I can do", then maybe it will go over better.
(I liked the riffs better than the solo)
You need to rag out Younguitarist for keeping all the good drum tracks for himself...
